When finding the right venue for your event, we take a personal approach in finding you somewhere that you will be confident with and will reflect well on you and your company.

Getting to know you: We feel its important to gain a full understanding of you and your company, some clients like to do this face to face and others like to do this over email or telephone, Whichever one suits your working environment best, Swift Venue Finders are on hand to take a full detailed brief of your requirements.
Beginning the search: We will search our database & use our knowledge for a minimum of three suitable venues within your desired location & within your budget.
Venue suggestions: We will send you venue suggestions to choose from and from there we can arrange site visits of the venues before you make your decision.
Liaising with your venue: Once you have chosen your desired venue, we will contact the venue on your behalf and request the contract. This will then be sent to you directly from the venue, along with their terms & conditions.
1 week before the event: We will double check with you and the venue that everything is in place for your event, ensuring that everything will run smoothly on the day.
Post event feedback: After the event, we will be in touch to find out how the event went & on your behalf inform the venue of your thoughts about the event. We will also ask you to fill in a feedback form on our service to you, we want to be in the for front of your mind when arranging your next event!
